Add New Report

Please follow these steps carefully to upload your report.

  • First create your report in Microsoft Word
  • When you save your report, use File, Save as HTML...
  • Then use the browse button below to locate this html file
  • If you have included any pictures in your report, add them seperately (maximum 6)
  • Note all files, pictures especially, have a maximum size of 25KB. Anything larger will not be uploaded
